• Deposit Required: $1000 CAD (non-refundable)

The $1000 deposit secures the buyer’s place in the litter selection order. Final payment is due on or before the agreed pickup date.

Health Guarantee

The puppy will come home with up-to-date vaccinations, deworming, and a veterinary health check.

No Coat Type Guarantee

As Cockapoos are a mixed breed, we cannot guarantee adult coat type, texture, length, or shedding level. While many Cockapoos are low-shedding or hypoallergenic, individual coat traits may vary, and no specific coat outcomes are promised.

Spay/Neuter & No Breeding Rights

All puppies are sold as companion pets only. Breeding rights are not included. The buyer agrees to have the puppy spayed or neutered by 12 months of age and provide proof to the breeder.

Puppy Pickup & Rehoming

Your puppy must be picked up on the assigned date unless other arrangements are made in advance. If the buyer cannot keep the puppy in the future, the breeder must be notified. Homestead on the Ridge retains the right of first refusal.

By submitting this agreement, the buyer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to the terms above. Submission confirms full compliance with this contract.
