To secure your puppy, we require a filled puppy application and a $500 deposit. This deposit ensures that the puppy is reserved for you and helps cover the initial care and preparation costs. Once the deposit is received, we will provide you with further details on the remaining steps, including the final payment and pickup or delivery arrangements. Please contact us to arrange your deposit and secure your new puppy.
Yes, we can arrange to ship your puppy across Canada. We offer two options: we can personally accompany the puppy to ensure a smooth transition, or, for shorter distances, the puppy can make the journey alone with appropriate care and safety measures in place. Please contact us to discuss the best shipping option for you and your new puppy.
Food Samples: A small bag of the food your puppies are currently eating to ensure a smooth transition.
Toy with Mother’s Scent: A toy that has been with the mother or litter to provide comfort to the puppy in its new home.
Health Records: Vaccination records, deworming history, and any medical information.
We recommend continuing with the food that your puppy is currently eating to avoid digestive upset. A small bag of this food is included in your puppy pack. If you wish to switch to a different brand, do so gradually over a period of 7-10 days by mixing the new food with the old food.
Begin with basic commands and house training. Consistency and positive reinforcement are key. Use the training guide in your puppy pack for tips on basic commands and establishing a routine.
Consistency is key in house training. Take your puppy outside frequently, especially after eating, drinking, or waking up. Praise and reward them for doing their business outside. The training pads included in your puppy pack can help with the initial stages of house training.
